We cordially invite you to submit your abstracts for poster and/or oral presentations to the BioCheMeet 2024. We are looking forward to receiving your contributions for the scientific programme and would like to thank you in advance for your support !

The deadline for abstract submission is 01 May, 2024.

Please note that by submitting an abstract, the author agrees to present at the congress if accepted. Notification of acceptance and presentation information will be sent to authors immediately after review in May 2024.
In order to include an abstract in the scientific program, the presenting author is required to register for the congress and pay the registration fee as soon as the notification of abstract acceptance is received, but no later than two weeks upon receipt.
The presenting author(s) are responsible for costs associated with preparation, submission and presentation of an abstract.

Visa information for non-EU citizens

All non-EU citizens require a visa. However, a visa is not required for visits of up to 90 days in an 180‑day period for nationals of those countries for which the European Community has abolished the visa requirement.

You may apply for short stay visas (Schengen Visas) at diplomatic missions of the German Federal Foreign Office.

Please also visit the homepage of „Auswärtiges Amt“ to find a detailed table of all countries requiring a visa and also more information about visa regulations, as well as a list of German diplomatic missions around the world.

On request we will hand out an invitation letter for the purpose of obtaining a travel visa or permission to attend the meeting after registration for the conference.

Abstract submission:

2.500 characters are permitted for the abstract text including spaces and references (excluding author names and titles). If your abstract contains tables or graphics, you can submit them in .png or .jpg format. You may submit no more than 2 graphics to an entry, each of which may not exceed a storage capacity of 5 Mb. Please note that if the abstract is accepted, it will be published in the digital abstract booklet.
